Tilden Community Hospital will be hosting an informational Q&A session about “Changes in Health Care” at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24, in the Lied Auditorium at the Tilden library. Dr. Doug Dilly and Hospital Administrator Lon Knievel will be speaking and answering questions. The community is strongly encouraged to attend! Refreshments will be provided. Tilden Community Hospital's Biggest Loser is not just focused on losing weight, but we also want to encourage living a healthy lifestyle.
Goal: To shed unwanted pounds and develop healthy habits. Teams: 4 people per team. Each person on your team MUST have an initial and end weight to be eligible to win. Please let us know if you would like to participate but do not have a team. Weigh-in times: Jan. 13-14 / Time TBD Please let us know if one of these times does not work for you! Final weigh-ins are April 21-22. Two categories for winning: 1. Be the team who has the highest average percentage of weight loss. 2.
